Wellness Ministry

About the Wellness Ministry

The goal of the wellness ministry is to promote the Christian perspective of health- body, mind and spirit - as a gift to nurture so that we can better serve each other and the community as servants of God.      We meet monthly to discuss the current needs of the parish and plan wellness events. Our emphasis is on education, screening services, support groups and the visitation of the sick and homebound.

No experience necessary - all adults 18 and older are welcome.

Faith and Fitness

You’re invited to join us each Thursday evening at 6:30 PM as we move through the prayers of the Rosary led by parishioner Lindsay McLaughlin.  Come to pray and participate at a fitness level that is comfortable for you; Lindsay will offer modifications as needed.  Please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle and fitness mat.  Questions? Contact Lindsay at FitnessRosary@saint-max.org. Babysitting is provided. Please register for babysitting by emailing nursery@saint-max.org.
