Wellness Ministry

About the Wellness Ministry

The goal of the wellness ministry is to promote the Christian perspective of health- body, mind and spirit - as a gift to nurture so that we can better serve each other and the community as servants of God.      We meet monthly to discuss the current needs of the parish and plan wellness events. Our emphasis is on education, screening services, support groups and the visitation of the sick and homebound.

No experience necessary - all adults 18 and older are welcome.

Faith and Fitness

Women are invited to pray the Rosary and join in fitness moves led by parishioner Michelle Suding a certified fitness instructor. We meet every Saturday from 9:15-10:15 AM. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle and fitness mat. All levels of fitness are welcome. Michelle will offer modifications as needed. Babysitting is provided.

Please register for babysitting by emailing nursery@saint-max.org.
