Celebrating the Sacrament of Confirmation

The Church confirms both young people in adolescence and those children and adults who are baptized as part of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (or Children).

Here at St. Max, adolescent preparation is for youth in 8th – 12th grade.  There are two preparation sessions each year which culminate in either Fall Confirmation (November or December) or Spring Confirmation (April or May).  The Bishop or Archbishop presides at these Masses.  Please contact Robin Burbrink, 513-777-4322 ext. 124, Rburbrink@saint-max.org for information on preparation.

Those children and adults who are baptized as part of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (or Children). Participate in the Rite of Confirmation,  normally celebrated by the Archbishop (or his delegate), annually during the Easter season at the Easter Vigil.  If you are an adult seeking to be confirmed, or simply to find out more about becoming Catholic, please contact Dave Brunsman, Adult Initiation Minister, 513-777-4322 Ext 137, DBrunsman@saint-max.org.
